Here we have the torque comparison between the 2 motors. Thick green is the K24. Its a monster compared to the K20(the thin line below). The blue cursor is set at the same torque as the K20 maximums 325Ft/Ibs 8425rpm with 18.2psi.
The K24 with 6300rpm and 10.5psi boost creates the same torque and acceleration. This highlights the difference between the motors.
The acceleration of the long stroke motor feels effortless ( in the car), partially due to the very strong bottom end and midrange torque.
